How much is the shipping fee?

When you're ready to checkout, just click the Secure Checkout button.

You'll be asked to enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Then, depending on how much you're spending, shipping costs will be calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

How to track my order?

Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking number to update. Once your garment/item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received your tracking email information.

We rely on USPS/UPS/DHL to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Please allow at 2-5days for the tracking number to update. If you have any questions about your order or shipping status, please contact us through our website or at nunucurves@gmail.com.

What happens if there are delivery issues?

We're so sorry to hear that!

Shipping delays within the carrier network are out of our control. Please review your shipping address, in the event you entered the incorrect shipping address we will not be responsible for your missing package/ return to the sender. For any reason, if your package is returned back to us, you will be charged for the cost of a reshipment. Once your garment is shipped and the tracking number is received it is the customer's responsibility to track their package. If you have not received tracking information, please allow the allotted time frame for processing, and please check your junk /spam folder.

What to do if I did not receive my item/’s? 

We're so sorry to hear you didn't receive your package. If you're missing a package, please notify the USPS/UPS carrier immediately.

We want to help, but we can't do anything if you don't let us know! We can't contact the carrier on your behalf because they are independent contractors and we're not responsible for their actions.

For packages that are missing or lost, we recommend filing a claim with USPS—if you have a tracking number, that's great! If not, it may be easiest for you to contact USPS directly and file a claim for your lost or stolen package. Please note: Your package is insured with the carrier.

If your package was held due to an incorrect address or undeliverable shipment (the customer did not sign for the package), then Nunu Curves Team cannot refund or reship any of these packages without contacting USPS first.
